Shipping & Delivery Policy
At JElizabethJewellery supply through my online Etsy Shop. Please check the specific shipping and delivery conditions carefully on my Etsy shop. In general we ship from Worcester in the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated when your delivery option is selected at the checkout. All items (unless otherwise specified) are handmade to order and therefore require a number of working days before being dispatched. Bespoke orders may will take longer, depending on your chosen design.
​​If an order is required by a specific date, please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your request where possible. Such special arrangements must be made prior to placing your order to ensure it is possible and to allow for any necessary adjustments in shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Policy
At JElizabethJewellery supply through my online Etsy Shop. Please check the specific terms for return conditions carefully. Unfortunately we don't offer refunds, however, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we may be able to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery. The bought item must be returned in unused condition in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the United Kingdom we recommend using Royal Mail 1st class with a tracking number to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in transit.
Please note that exchanges are processed as a new order and standard delivery times and shipping costs will apply.

Custom-made designs, not from the store standard range, cannot be refunded or exchanged. Any changes needed to these custom pieces will be quoted on a case by case basis and the customer advised accordingly.

All pieces are unique handmade pieces therefore there will be slight variations to the finish and colouring.
